Our menu reflects our philosophy of committing to support small local and Irish producers. We change aspects of it regular, as seasons change and new foods become available. Of course you'll always find a steak, burger, fish or chicken on our menu, preparing in our gastropub manner, but the things that accompany it may change. We serve tapas as well, as a little nod to our sister restaurant Cava. EAT's menu brings together Jp's passion for local food alongside his love of Spain and Morrish ways of cooking. Wine/Craft beer Menu
All our wines and craft beers are carefully chosen to go with our food. At EAT, we believe in only putting drinks on our menu that complement the food. Our kid's menu takes the best of EAT's main menu and makes it accessible and fun for kids. We believe that kids should also learn from what they are eating. In this sense, food provenance is especially important for us in relation to kids food education. If your kids or you want to know where are food comes from or where it's made, just ask. The space of EAT gastropub is well suited for large parties wishing to have a party or just catch up with friends. We have three party menus: platters for large groups; a traditional private buffet menu (Sat/Sun only); and a set menu for parties of 15 or more. Click on the link below to download a sample party menu. Dishes will change according to the seasons and stock level, i.e. we can't get you strawberries in winter or wild garlic in autumn.

AL FRESCO MENU
In the beer garden located at the back of EAT, we have a beautiful area for small and large groups to eat outside. Fancy a whole pig-on-the-spit, BBQ or paella? Without a doubt the pig-on-the-spit remains our most popular and its presence has become synonymous with EAT's nose-to-tail attitude. CAVA OUTSIDE CATERING
Cava Outside Catering is available to anyone in the greater Galway area (or further given conditions) wishing to avail of Cava's trademark range of luscious Spanish tapas. You can also have a pig-on-a-spit, Paella, or BBQ at your home. Our service includes staff, plates, glasses and of course, food!
